I ordered a Sharp 37" LCD display from this company through the customer service hotline. The people were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I asked them to for a comparison review of the Sharp 37" and the 45" and they were able to send me a very comprehensive comparison of the two, which was really helpful. Finally, after I ordered, they sent me e-mails informing me about the status of my order, which I found helpful. All in all, excellent service.
